I vaguely remember having watched that twice (once 're-uploaded') while it was under judgement. If I remember correctly, the video could be summed up with "Guy slips on a banana peel."
In my eyes your two main issues were the lack of complexity and how short it was. The clip itself could still become 'the ending' of a satisfying, longer video with more characters. Hank could (random examples) avoid other obstacles flawlessly and with great acrobatic finesse before slipping on the banana peel because he gets distracted by something else.
You could watch some Madness animations from the past few weeks to get a better idea of what would get you at least a passing grade. Ask yourself "If this hadn't been made by me, would I still want to watch this animation?"
